LET'S START A KULA PROGRAM AT ROCKLAND PRIDE!

Help Kula for Karma make mental health a human right by providing equitable, accessible and scalable mindfulness-based mental health programs to marginalized and underserved communities facing trauma, addiction and mental health conditions.

WHY KULA AT ROCKLAND PRIDE NOW?

Human beings who are losing their rights, services, and support systems are also at the greatest risk of experiencing violence, trauma and resulting mental health conditions, including the LGBTQ+ community.

Help Kula provide the space, tools and resources for people to understand, manage and improve their mental health at this crucial moment, by empowerment through yoga, guided meditation and breathwork in a safe, inclusive environment.

High Fives

Welcome to KULA FOR KARMA.

The name Kula For Karma comes from Sanskrit, the ancient language of yoga.
