Learn how you can stand up and support Kula's nonprofit model of equitable, inclusive, accessible mental health for communities in need facing trauma, addiction and mental health challenges.
Kula for Karma’s mission is to fill critical gaps in America’s broken mental healthcare system by providing accessible, affordable, inclusive mindfulness-based mental health programs to underserved children and adults facing trauma, addiction, and other life crises.
Kula’s unique mindfulness-based mental health classes provide a pro-social community and teach comprehensive nervous system regulation skills to empower people to improve their own mental and behavioral health for a lifetime.
Our medically-backed combination of yoga movement, breathing techniques and somatic awareness has been shown to create new neural pathways and change the expression of DNA to create new patterns of healing and wellbeing for traumatized people and communities.

Join us for a fun-filled night with your friends to learn about Kula’s programs and support solutions to our mental health crisis and all the ways it impacts our families and communities.
Kula is working to create programs specifically and uniquely designed for communities whose health and well-being have been impacted by and remain vulnerable to systemic injustice, discrimination and social violence. Histories of oppression create intergenerational trauma passed through our DNA. Mindfulness-based mental healthcare offers healing modalities shown to guide us out of fight or flight survival mode to empower and heal.
