Kim Pressman graduated from the Indiana University School of Business with a B.S. in Accounting in 1978. Ms. Pressman received her M.B.A. in Finance from New York University in 1987. She became a Certified Public Accountant in 1978 and her first position was with Peat Marwick, Mitchell & Co. (eventually known as KPMG Peat Marwick LLP), where she worked for over two years. Ms. Pressman was next employed by International Paper Company as Supervisor, Accounting Policies and then for the Corinthian Broadcasting Division of the Dun & Bradstreet Corporation as Manager, Accounting Operations. In 1984, Ms. Pressman joined Price Communications Corporation, a public company listed on the NYSE and continued her employment there until 2007, when the Company was dissolved after selling its business to Verizon Corporation. During her tenure at Price Communications Corporation, she served in numerous positions, beginning as Controller and including Treasurer, Vice President, Secretary, Vice President-Broadcasting, Executive Vice President and was also a Director of the Company. She also served as a Director, Vice President and Secretary of PriCellular Corporation, a Company that was spun off from Price Communications Corporation. Ms. Pressman has donated much of her time to local not-for-profit organizations including Saddle River Day School, where she was Treasurer of the Board of the Parents’ Guild, My Sister’s Places and the Hudson River Museum. She was also Treasurer of Beth Haverim Shir Shalom. She is married and has a daughter age 23 and a son age 19 and resides in Saddle River, NJ.
