Our Program of the Month is Covenant House in New York City.
We're thrilled to share this this summer marks one year since we launched our program at Covenant House!
Covenant House provides transitional housing and related services for homeless teens and young adults. It began over 40 years ago when six young runaways were given shelter from a snowstorm in the lower east side of Manhattan. Today, there are 21 locations in the USA, Canada and Latin Americas. Together, Covenant House serves more than 56,000 homeless young people each year. Their doors are open 24 hours a day for youth in need.
Kula is proud and very grateful to serve the nation’s largest privately funded agency serving homeless, runaway and at-risk youth!
