One of our favorite parts about our community is the inspiration they give us to take time for ourselves to invest in our own self-care. This spirit is evident in the online yoga community as well, and we love to follow along with our favorite yogis for inspiration, advice, and ideas for new poses to try.

These 4 Instagram accounts are great examples of the positive and uplifting yoga community online – check them out:

Yulady Saluti // @yulady

Yulady Saluti is a Colombian yogi, mother, and breast cancer survivor. She fearlessly and powerfully shares her story, without filter or shame, and encourages and empowers others to do the same. Throughout her struggles with her health, including living with a permanent colostomy bag, yoga has been beneficial to her physical and mental health, which she regularly shares in her posts.

 

Caitlin Turner // @gypsetgoddess

Caitlin Turner is a registered yoga teacher who adventures around the world, practicing yoga as she goes. Her posts include inspirational quotes and poignant words about the importance of body positivity, many of which are set against the backdrop of the beautiful places she visits, from the Galapagos Islands to Cambodia.

Tara Stiles is a registered yoga instructor, and the founder and owner of Strala Yoga, which she describes as “the movement system that ignites freedom.” Tara travels the world teaching yoga, often focusing on the transformative power of yoga and its role in helping us love ourselves.

Michiala Ashkenazy is a registered yoga instructor who teaches private classes and workshops, based out of Los Angeles. Michiala’s account is unique because it delves into her journey of personal growth and self-love, offering wise words about practicing gratitude, letting go of negative energy, and loving your body and yourself.
